We created a software with a clean dashboard that provides all the basic information at a quick glance to admins and providers.
We also implemented:
- Scheduling – Create schedules for clients and providers with the click of the button. Filter by client or provider and set recurring schedules. The system automatically checks for schedule overlaps and compliance.
- Timesheets – Schedules automatically propagate into fully editable timesheets, including goals to work on with clients.
- Payroll reports – DSPs can upload payroll excel sheets, which will automatically match payments to sessions, to easily track which sessions were paid and which weren’t
The problems:
- Various SKU orders need to be combined into large PDFs.
- Various signage materials.
- Printing is based on ordered SKUs.
The result:
- The entire company is operated by robots without a single human involved, making this Amazon biz a money machine.
We created a custom software to take orders and set up large form pdfs that get sent to print without human intervention.
We also implemented:
- Locating – Automatically look up a file location to find orders received through Amazon.
- Creating – Prepare large PDF files, split by material, while fitting as many possible onto each PDF.
- Printing – Communicate instructions to the printer and start running the files.
The problems:
- Many outstanding tuition payments.
- Charging credit cards was very time-consuming.
- Tasks and follow ups being repeated by various staff members.
The result:
- Collections for tuition are up, with over 90% of tuition being collected
- Administrative staff is no longer overwhelmed with work at the start of every month
- Entire staff can see notes and updates on each open balance
We utilized existing functions within Salesforce and added custom functions to create the perfect schar limud program.
We also implemented:
- Dashboard – Get a clear overview of how much is collected, how much is missing, and how much commission is owed to agents.
- Database – Easily scan the entire student body. Select any parent to view all monthly charges, set up recurring charges, or manually charge cards on file.
- Notes – Any parent interaction is documented alongside their outstanding balance.
- Commissions – Agents each have their own dashboard and individual databases of those within their domain.
The problems:
- Inventory displayed current availability and didn’t take future bookings into account.
- Each step of the process was done manually.
- Bookkeepers weren’t receiving all the transactions.
The result:
- The company scaled without hiring more staff while filling orders in a timely, organized fashion.
We created software which makes it easy to track inventory and tasks needed to keep the company running smoothly.
We also implemented:
- Inventory – Keeps track of current and future stock.
- Process – Takes orders and prepares a pick sheet and a delivery route for warehouse staff. After that, set tasks for pickup and cleaning. Once returned, it restocks the items.
- Bookkeeping – Loops in all financial data to bookkeeping staff.
The problems:
- Offshore staff was very costly.
- Calls were not being logged or recorded.
- Employee oversight was impossible.
The result:
- The company does all the calls without staff involved. The CEO simply studies the unsuccessful calls and fine-tunes the program.
We developed a software to replace humans when placing and receiving calls.
We also implemented:
- Enterprise prompts – Select correct prompts to get to the desired destination when calling large enterprises.
- Recording and tracking – Dashboard displays total successful and unsuccessful calls with an option to replay and download calls.
- Block dates – Set dates like Shabbos and Yom Tov when the program won’t make/recieve calls.
